I am considering designing a new PWM circuit. What would you like to see in a PWM module?

I would like to see a PWM with good stable wide frequency range (10 Hz to 100 kHz)
The square wave output must have fast rise and fall times and output flat in that
range. It must be stable at varying temperatures. It must have a
variable duty cycle and variable current limiting. Can this be done with minimal parts
count.
I need a PWM to run 4 seperate boards of between 16 and 20 Superflux LED’s on each
Simple function, ie PWM dims the LED’s until the Brake light switch is activated and then the PWM is bypassed until the brake pedal is releaced. It needs to be adjustable over a wide range with clean square wave output
